For those of you that are either avid TV watchers or media geeks, you will have heard (of) Peter Dickson. Some of you may know him as ‘E4 man’ or the bloke who does the X Factor announcements. If you don’t know him or his voice, you can find the ‘E4 Voiceover Man Soundboard‘ on the E4 website.

Well soon he will be your own personal announcer on your Apple wireless device!

The guys at Quapps have created “Peter Dickson’s Pocket Announcer” which is due to be released into the Apple App Store in the next few weeks.

I personally love Peter’s voice and can’t wait to get my little mitts on the app and it will be well worth the 59p that I predict it will cost.

Earlier today I was tweeting the developer @Quapps and he ‘leaked‘ that you will be able to use the sentence maker on the app to make custom soundboards for later use.
