A bit about me, Oliver Needham.
I am currently 17 and go to Peterborough Regional College to study a BTEC National Diploma in Media Production.
I live in South Lincolnshire and have lived here ever since I was born.
Below are a list of skills/jobs that I have done or used. There’s a little description of what I’ve done with each of them.
- Website designs | These websites are fairly basic, but are effective as they provide the information that the company or individual wants to get across to the viewer.
- Social networker | As a regular user of networking sites like Facebook and Bebo, I’ve has come to know what kind of information and forms of interaction work on these sites. I’ve used this knowledge to help organise and manage corporate pages.
- Audio visual technician | drawing on experience and techniques I’ve learnt at KingsGate Community Church, I’m able to offer audio visual technical skills such as mixing AV feeds and creating AV products.
- Radio presenter | after three years of theoretical practice on a media course at Spalding’s Tulip Radio, I have presented several shows with a co-presenter and also some solo shows. I have a unique style and creative features for all listeners to enjoy. I’ve also presented on Stump Radio, based in Boston, Lincolnshire.
- PA technician | Through work with Tulip Radio I’ve has worked at Spalding’s Flower Parade, Spalding’s Pumpkin Festival and May Fayres Day Celebrations opperating the sound equipment and also mixing live radio output with microphones and musical audio.
